Super Shuttle is a very reliable way of travel to destination, they give a reminder call the day before, 15minutes before arrival and again just as they stop in front of the hotel. I will recommend Supershuttle to anyone

I used Viator to book a shuttle from my hotel to BWI airport. The service was excellent. It was easy to book the service online. The driver was on time and courteous. I would definitely used the service again.

had a 4pm pick up scheduled but when a van arrived early, i was able to get a ride only to have to sit at the airport 8 hours because of weather..... Great Service!!!!!!! will def use again

While I didn't have to wait too long, there was a lot of confusion with the shuttle that arrived. didn't care for the lack of organization.

The driver was 35 minutes late and I was very close to missing my flight. However, he was very efficient and drove us quickly to the airport. I did arrive on time and I'm appreciative of that. I just wish he was on time initially.

I was picked up 3 hours from the time of my departure and yet had to really rush through the airport to make my flight. I spent 2 hours in the van picked up at 8:10am and arrived at BWI at 10:10am. 40 minutes for security screening due to the heavy travel volume and then rush to Gate D19 at the far end of the D terminal. I have COPD and between the anxiety level worrying if I was going to make my flight and gasping for breath because I had to practically run to my gate to make my flight left a bad taste for your service. I was picked up 3 hours before my flights departure and arrive with less than an hour to get to the plane my pick up location was approx. 15 minutes from the airport and yet I spent 2 hours in the van.
I have used your services before and have always been happy, but this time was close to a nightmare. Two hours in a van when you are physically located 15 minutes away from your destination is not acceptable. Routing and scheduling need more thought. My van actually back tracked from fare 2 and 4 pick up. West Baltimore to East Baltimore County to west Baltimore and then the airport. And drivers should not solely rely on GPS as it's not always accurate nor does it take into consideration road work. We spent 20 minutes on I-95 stuck in traffic due to road work and heavy traffic volume when the driver could have gone through town Lombard to Frederick Ave and picked up the fare in half the time.
Enough said, I will most likely use your service again because I don't like to condemn anyone for one bad experience but please look at scheduling and routing cause I believe it could be a lot better.
