Amazing tour. We learnt how single grape wines blend together to form the famous Left Bank / Right Bank wines of Bordeaux, and how to appreciate the individual characteristics of each wine. The trip to St Emillion and the 2 x Chateaux was fabulous. Winter it might have been but it only added to the magic of the trip. Chateau Dominic and Chateau Dauphine were pure dreams come true. We cannot recommend this tour highly enough. DO make sure you do BOTH tours back-to-back for an amazing full day experience

Julie gave us a fun and educational wine tasting class in the mornng. We learned information about wines that we used for the rest of our stay in France. The tours of the chateaus and the village of St. Emiion were great. Her knowledge of the countryside made the whole tour engaging. It was definitely worth the time and investment.

Briat was so knowledgeable and the information that I learned on her trip, I used in my subsequent tours of wine tasting. She enjoys her job, and is very knowledgeable about wine and Bordeaux.

Our guide was ridiculously knowledgeable and informative. The tasting was intimate and instructive, and the wines were super. Great for beginners and intermediates. If you already have a black belt in wine, you'll get to have a great conversation with an equal. We visited two distinct Chateaux and then St. Emillion. The only complaint here is that the trip isn't still going. The countryside is gorgeous. The guide was great. And the only complaint, which is more of a suggestion, doing both in one day is a full day, with at least 2 hours in a van, a very comfortable van, with some very great people, and lovely views. But for some, it might be a long day, so if, and only if, you are someone who shuts down after about 6 hours, you might want to break these up into two days. Bordivino will take care of you regardless of how you want to spend your time.

Had a wonderful wine tasting class, lunch, and tours to two wineries and St. Emilion! A fantastic day and many thanks to Julie, Colas, and everyone at Bordovino.

I booked this tour at the last minute, not knowing anything about Bordovino. It was fantastic. Stephane is knowledgeable and great person. I highly recommend this tour.

I highly recommend this all day tour. Pierre, our intructor, was personable and fun. Our driver (sorry that I forget her name!) was fabulous and knowledgable. It was a long day out, but lots of fun!

My husband and I book this tour to learn about the wines of Bordeaux. We learned a great deal in the the office of the tour company, however not much fun. When teaching about wine to a group of individuals on vacation, a more fun loving approach may be more appropriate. The afternoon guide had a more light hearted approach.

The morning was positively awesome - our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and I learnt so much about wine in France. We thoroughly enjoyed all the wine tasting and came away much improved. Lunch was very disappointing - very basic and not very nice. Can't believe it was heated up in the microwave!!! The afternoon tour where we visited 2 chateaus was very anti- climatic and borderline boring each chateau tour was exactly the same although the wine tasted was very different and quite nice. We did not spend much time in St Emilion village as it was getting quite late and quite cold - was a bit disappointing as it looked like quite a lovely village. our tour guide Remy was very knowledgable.
