Dustin was the best, lots of info with added humor. Nice to see the sites and not have to drive. Price very reasonable, will recommend this company

This was a fabulous day.. The Brewster team of Patrick O'Connell and Alberto were terrific. The trip was seamless and the information they provided excellent. We got to see it all the falls, the skywalk and the ice field in comfort, with sufficient time to enjoy everything. We even had a decent hot lunch. I rate it and them highly

Misunderstanding on the pickup point meant the day didn't start well but thanks to Mike and Michelle from Brewsters, we caught up with our tour at the Athabasca waterfall. Fantastic weather meant that the parkway was absolutely stunning. Arrived at Brewster Icefield Centre which was busy but well maintained. Choice of food and beverages good. You have to take a transfer coach from the centre to a staging point to board a Snow Coach (about 10 minutes) - take warm clothes as glaciere is cool even on sunny days! Journey on Snow Coach is amazing as is the purported cost of $1,200,000 each! Once you get to the glaciere terminus, you can't even see the Brewset Centre but the views are tremendous. We where the only customers returning to Jasper so once again, Brewsters came up trumps by providing us with our own personal minibus transfer - the driver went out of his way to make sure we saw plenty of widlife on the trip back.

A brilliant day out, got to see the sights, enjoy the glaciers and even experienced a snow storm whilst on top of the glaciers! Would highly recommend for all those who want to see a different side to the Rockies! Wrap up warm!

Four of us waited outside our hotel for the bus to pick us up on time. The bus was very comfortable with ample room. At Athabasca Falls we were allowed some time to explore the canyon and photograph the falls. We stopped when it was safe to view a bear feeding beside the road. We were delivered to the Icefields Centre and were given clear instructions on what time and where our next bus would be leaving from. It is a very busy place and we were treated well. Our next diver told us a lot about the icefields. Once at the icefields we had to board the Ice Explorer to take us onto the glacier itself. We had plenty of time to experience this wonder. Then it was back to the Icefields Center, where we had more time to visit the interpretive centre and eat lunch before boarding the bus to return to our hotel. We were lucky enough to see another bear so we stopped for more photos. The whole experience was well worth the money. Thank you to all those involved.

This was a wonderful experience although the pictures posted by Viator advertising the tour are somewhat misleading. The ice fields are very crowded and not nearly as pristine as advertised.

interesting journey out with a knowledgeable and helpful driver, good organisation at the icefields less pleased with uncomfortable ride back to Jasper in packed mini-coach.

The tour was great at the start. We were in a beautiful nice bus, the guide was awesome. After the icefields and the skywalk we were put into a not so nice bumpy van without a tour guide. The 90 minute ride back to the hotel in silence was not fun.

Good trip. Tour guide Alistair was excellent. Felt that we could have spent more time on the actual Icefield as we only had around 15-20 minutes on the ice. The rest of the trip was spent either on the bus, the Visitor Centre or the Skywalk.

The tour itself was great, but we wish there was more time for pictures and viewing. They stopped at a few spots along the highway for pictures and it didn't give enough time to enjoy the scenery. Travelling with 2 smaller kids made it feel a little rushed at times. There was definitely not enough time at the skywalk to split up as we had 1 little one sleeping on the bus and could not leave her. So by the time one got back to switch there wasn't enough time for the other person to go and we rushed through quick, not enjoying the view. Next time we go, we'll be doing that one privately so we can take our time and enjoy it more. Our bus driver for the tour and the snow coach were both great and very friendly.

The trip, Icefield tour, Athabasca falls and Sky walk are definetely worth doing but not with this Brewsters tour. The driver Dustin, on our tour turned up a little late and then looped back around Jasper to make an unscheduled stop at Tim Hortons' this wasn't necessarily too bad however should you turn up back to the coach just one minute late you can expect a 30 minute berating over the PA system. The driver continued his rant like behaviour by suggesting exactly when passengers should and shouldn't use the toilets this was to a coach load of tourists where no one was under 30 years of age. In the name of viewing some roadside wildlife you will get to see just how quickly a large coach can actually stop from 50mph, be warned this would be considered dangerous driving in the UK and I'm suprised they get away with in Canada - clearly the vehicles aren't tracked. At the buffet lunch you will get the opportunity to meet some of the rudest people on earth, enough to put you off dinner. After lunch you are told that you have to hang around for an hour for your return journey to Jasper, this turns out to be a scruffy minivan which departs from a back entrance, certainly NOT an air conditioned coach by any definition. This also means that you end up spending more time somewhere that there is very little to do. My recommendation is to do everything on this tour but not to book it this way, instead hire a car and do it yourself. There are two hire car companies in the train station at Jasper and it probably wouldn't be any more expensive, also the road conditions are very good with very little traffic if you are used to driving in the UK.
