Along with your guide you will visit 8 locations: classic Creole restaurants, craft cocktail lounges, neighborhood sandwich shops, pre-Civil War bars, artisan candy stores and more. Once inside you’ll sample 8 different dishes and 4 full-sized drinks that represent the breadth and diversity of our culinary and cocktail heritage: dishes like gumbo, beef brisket, muffulettas, praline and cocktails like the Sazerac, Brandy Crusta, Grasshopper and more!

Moving one block over you will enter Pepper Palace and sample an unlimited variety of hot sauces, BBQ sauces, Buffalo Wings sauces, salsas, olive oils, dry rubs and more. Customers on the tour will also receive a free bottle of Louisiana-style hot sauce when shopping there.
The next stop is four blocks away and known as Leah's Praline's, a 3rd generation family-owned candy store. You will sample traditional pralines and their unique Bacon Pecan Brittle.
The fourth stop, Little Vic's Sicilian Street Food Café, is another block away and once inside you will sample the Muffuletta sandwich. Little Vic's version includes homemade ciabatta bread, olive salad, provolone cheese, sliced ham, mortadella and imported salami.
You will then move on to the luxurious Bourbon Orleans Hotel's bar, the Bourbon "O", managed by the most published author on cocktail-related books in the world, Cheryl Charming. You will indulge in the classic highball drink of 1840's New Orleans known as the Roffignac.
Stop six is NOLA Poboys, a funky dive with great poboys. You will sample their Fried Catfish Po-boy on fresh New Orleans French Bread.
You then move on to the second oldest restaurant in the city, Tujague's, which has been open in the original location since 1856. You will dine on their slow-cooked Creole Beef Brisket dish, and wash it down with a Tujague's original from 1919, the Grasshopper.
Arriving around 4:15pm the last stop is Dickie Brennan's Tableau Restaurant, a gorgeous 3-story Creole restaurant facing the main square of the city, Jackson Square. The tour concludes with a delicious Seafood Gumbo made with shrimp (prawn), crab, local oysters, along with the champagne-based French 75 cocktail.
Guests are encouraged to stay at Tableau past the tour to enjoy Happy Hour.
