It was a cool fall day. The fall colors around the waterfall were superb. The trip lasted about 4 hours. It was an easy ride. The guide Gui was safe, friendly and informative. Most of the trip was on bike trail, not roads.

really fun trip to beautiful Montmorency Falls. Our guide Guy was awesome and very informative. Pace was easygoing but not too slow. Was perfect for our family of four.

A great way to spend the morning. A leisurely ride to the beautiful falls and back. The company provided everything, not need to bring gear on vacation.

Guides were great. Just the right length. Bike path does go through industrial area and along a highway, but that's where the bicycle path runs.

Excellent bike trip with friendly and informative guides. Loved seeing how bike trails weaved through the city and out to the falls. Good way to spend some vacation time.

We enjoyed our trip to the falls! Our guide Guy was very friendly, knowledgable and attentive to the entire group. A nice snack and drink was prepared for us and loaded into a small cooler on each bike. Well worth the fee.

We thought this bike tour was a highlight of our time in Quebec City. We enjoyed the history, galleries, shops, sights and restaurants, but we were also ready for something different after a few days. We were fortunate to ride on a perfect summer day with a very friendly and engaging guide, Carol. The distance of about 16 miles round trip on flat terrain was enough to make us feel as if we had earned our lunch, but was also felt leisurely. Carol's commentary was great, the path was very well kept, and the Falls were a wonderful destination. The outfitter handled everything efficiently and professionally. If you go, be sure to stop by the covered market across the street from the bike shop too!

The bike tour was fantastic. Our tour guide, Guy, was very knowledgeable and did a great job. We went as a family of 5. The bike paths were excellent and it was a very safe trip to and from the falls. Anyone at any age would have a great time on this 1/2 day trip. Well done!

Perfect tour which made for a perfect day. Our guide Marc was fabulous. He was very informative and attentive to our needs. The bikes where easy to ride and the bike trails are almost totally level grade. We made several photo stops along the way and had a lovely snack package to enjoy once we got to the falls. I am usually petrified of trams, however this one was very smooth and enjoyable. It had just rained and was very misty at the falls. The views from the tram, suspension bridge and the walk down the trail of stairs and overlooks were amazing. This is a must do tour for anyone visiting Quebec City!

Great tour guides and bikes, and the ride was almost as spectacular as the falls.

A great way to get some exercise while on vacation. The bike trail had a few historical points of interest along the route, the scenery was pretty. The Falls and its surrounding park were very nice too.

We booked this tour after reading the reviews, when we went to Quebec back in September 2016. We picked a cold and drizzly day, but the tour staff were over-accommodating, and loaned all of us outerwear to make our trip more enjoyable. The trek to the Falls and back is about 16 miles. If you are not at least moderately physically fit, this will not be a good tour for you. It is true that the ride isn't strenuous, however, there are subtle inclines and declines that raise your effort level considerably. The tour is on a designated bike path that follows along the highway but far enough off the highway to feel secure and it feels like forever until you get to the Falls! Once you arrive, you will have to take a glass cable car up to the falls, so if you are afraid of heights, you may not enjoy this. Once you are up, you will walk across a bridge that suspends over the Falls. Again, several people on the tour had a difficult time doing this due to the height issue. Once you are across, you will walk down about 300 steps to get to the bottom. This can also be scary going down because the steps are steep and you are somewhat suspended off of wood stantions. You will stay at the Falls for about an hour and a half, and eat the lunch that was packed for you by the tour. I don't really remember the lunch, but I think it was some kind of sandwich, grain bar and some cheese. Also, they give you Maple Water instead of regular bottled water. If you want a hearty lunch, I suggest you bring it yourself! There are sandwiches you can buy at the Falls as well they are pretty good. After you see the Falls, you then have to trek back another 8 miles on bike. This can be tiring, and at the end of this 4 hour tour, you will be exhuasted! The location of the bike store is about one block away from the Market where you can buy novelties and specialty items and souvenirs, and it's also a short walk to the Lower Town. All in all, I would say this is a nice to do if you have the time, energy and physicality but not a necessity. Know your physical limitations before booking this tour!

Great tour, well organized. Gui and Deni were very good at keeping the group of various riding levels together. They were quick to fix any problems. I highly recommend this tour.

The tour people are very good, but the ride is pretty boring and a guide is not necessary
