This is a must do when you are in Iceland. You will experience and see things on this tour that you will never see anywhere else. The glacier hike was the highlight for us. Our guides were terrific and the experience breathtaking. Everything from pick up to drop iff was well organized and we were treated to a day of fun and adventure with our experienced guides.
I want to return and brig my boys with me so they can experience it for themselves...already been back 2 weeks and still sing about it!

Great tour guide and fantastic views! This was a great trip and we were able to learn a lot about the history and culture of Iceland through our tour guide. A must-do adventure!

Wonderful day trip! The guide was very knowledgeable and pleasant. The waterfalls were beautiful and you were able to hike up close to them. Especially enjoyed the black-sand beach of Reynisfjara since the Puffins were still there, the tide low enough so you could go into the caves, and the rock stacks along the beach absolutely amazing. But the highlight for me was the glacier hike. This is a definite must to see before they disappear! I definitely recommend this tour.

Great tour stops. The glacier walk with Helga geologist was fabulous. Ask for Hallie sp who was our overall tour guide. Very knowledgable and accommodating.

Incredible tour and experience. The waterfalls we saw on this tour were two of the best in all of Iceland. The glacier walk experience lasted a couple hours and was an amazing adventure. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Iceland.

INCREDIBLE DAY!! Our bus driver was so great!!! He told us so many amazing stories about Iceland that we NEVER would have been able to hear had we driven ourselves. He basically knew everyone in every home, on every farm along our drive. I could have listened to him all day. The bus was comfortable as well.

On this tour, you see a waterfall, then you go to black sand beaches with basalt columns. At this stop there is a restaurant you can stop at with some really good lunch food options. Then you go on a glacier hike, which was INCREDIBLE!!! You wear crampons on your shoes you do a 2 hour hike up and down a glacier. You get to see some amazing scenery from the top, and you get to drink actual glacier water from the melting ice. It's amazing. Then you go to 2 more waterfalls, then home. I highly recommend water proof pants and jacket for the glacier hike and for walking behind the waterfalls. ALso, bring snacks!!

Unreal. A landscape photographer and #39;s dream. So much natural beauty to look at and explore. Plenty of time on the bus but with much to look at and comfortable and clean conditions. Our guide was very entertaining and informative. Be sure to bring adequate clothing for the glacier hike!

This was an amazing day and I highly recommend it. We did it on the first full day we were in Iceland which I think is the way to go, because you really get to see the landscape and its variety -- then you can go back and do more specific things on other days you are visiting. I had a short visit to Iceland only three full days, and I would say that if I could only do one thing, it would be this tour. LOVED the whole thing -- waterfalls, black sand beach, the glacier walk. Our tour guide was great was a little hard to understand him though -- I'm not great with accents.

This was a great tour, time flew with our guide who was extremely professional. He was very likeable, and gave us a great overview of Iceland and it's history. We were given his personal knowledge of hidden gems not every tourist would notice. At all times our safety was number one, along with being given common sense advise about the areas we visited. This was surely one of the high lights of our time in Iceland.

Glacier hike was spectacular. Rock formations and waterfalls are majestic. Just looking at the nature from one scene to the next was remarkable. Thank you!

A very good look at some spectacular scenery. A long day. We put together a lunch with items from several good food shops in Reykjavik and had a lunch in sunny weather in Vik near the Black Beach.
There is a great cheese shop by the Old Harbour on Grandagabur and another near the cathedral.
The glacier walk requires good hiking boots. You would be advised the have some rain gear. The waterfalls are magnificent.

Even though it was a long day, it didn't feel like it. Pick up to drop off was about 12 hours, but the bus is very comfortable, the scenery stunning and the driver was very nice and helpful. The highlight is the glacier hike. I didn't know what to expect definitely bring a hat and gloves! but it was absolutely stunning. The guides were amazing - so knowledgeable and attentive. Highly recommend!

This tour was fantastic! I booked on a whim based on reading other reviews and they were spot on. Although it is a long day 11-12 hours, the coach bus is very comfortable and it was so nice not to have to worry about navigating/driving. I LOVED the glacier hike as well as the waterfall stops. Only comment to future travelers would be to load up on groceries the night before the tour to bring with you. While there are a few rest stops at convenience stores, the food options are limited think gas station snacks. I had brought food but definitely not enough to cover breakfast, lunch and dinner and was ravenous for a hearty meal when I got back to Reykjavik late in the evening. I traveled solo and everyone on my tour was welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend as a great way to see a lot of Iceland in one day.

This tour involves a 2 hour hike on a glacier and the leader wisely told me that I would not be able to join in. I took a slightly different tour instead that was exactly the same but without the hike. A review of the tour I took is that it was excellent - the best of the tours that I took in Iceland.

The tour was absolutely fantastic. The glacier hike was definitely a highlight - you must do it if you and #39;re coming to Iceland, the views and experiences are incredible. Our bus driver was amazing as well, he was so knowledgeable and you could just tell he loves what he does. A phenomenal experience.
