organized in an excellent manner, very experienced and polite guides, planned to the minimal detail. I felt very safe and well accompanied, excellent bus and bus driver. The places visisted were extremely interesting, pity that the masses of toursists and students made it hard to walk and see and that the atmosphere could not be enjoyed. Students should be told to be less loud perhaps?

We had intermittent rain, but were lucky not to miss anything. Japanese history throughout. 1000 Buddha temple was great.

Nara was awesome and our tour guide was amazing, totally recommended! The overnight in the Japanese style hotel, so wonderful, what a great experience! The afternoon tour for Kyoto was also awesome, very cool stops - although some were too crowded. The morning tour for Kyoto was too rushed, not fun.

Very beautiful and relaxing. Bus ride to Nara not so fun but it is well worth the ride to get to Nara and see the "honorable deer" haha not to leave out the monastery an shrines. WOW

Great tour which in effect was three mini tours bolted together - Nara afternoon tour, Kyoto morning tour and Kyoto afternoon tour. The transfer to Tokyo station for the Shinkansen was great and we were taken to the train and met immediately upon arrival. From there it was a short walk across the road to lunch before starting the tour.

Nara was great and the guide was both humorous and informative. The sights were saw were impressive and I liked the way we were given a leaflet at each venue giving some details and history of the locations.

The day two sights turned the wow factor up to 11. There was an element of feeling a bit rushed, but I suppose trying to see the most important sights of such a historical city in a day is always going to mean keeping moving. However, both the am and pm guides were very good and I left with a good understanding of what I was seeing, and cleverly, a desire to go back and see more!

My only real negative was that breakfast was not included in the overnight hotel. It was detailed on the information, but for the cost of the trip, and the requirement to be ready to be picked up quite early, this seemed like a mean omission.

Overall, a great, well organised trip, with excellent transport, guides and amazing sights. Thanks

Tour company employees were very attentive and professional although their English language skills need improvement. The overnight hotel was not a first class hotel as described in the tour package.

Good tour but too many temples/shrines.
Didn't visit the more interesting older area of Kyoto, being GION - disappointed we were not taken to Gion instead of yet another temple/shrine

Kyoto has many beautiful sights to see-- unfortunately much of our time was wasted sitting in the bus waiting!!!
The groups are much too large-- difficult to control . We would not do a tour luje this again. Fuji mountain, the bucket train and the palaces were beautiful. Food also not good
