The trip was just as described in the description. I really would recommend this trip to anyone. It was well worth it and the amount of time we had at each stop was enough and well thought through. During the drives, our tour guide also gave us some historical insight about certain landmarks, Islands, towns, etc. On our return, there was complications beyond our control at the borders so we got back to our hotel at like 19:30 but that was totally fine as we had no other plans for the day. I fully enjoyed it .

Positives: beautiful falls at Kravice, quaint old town in Mostar, explanation of attractions and life in Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina post war by the tour guide on the bus (Nikolina), efficient (fast) bus rideNegatives: why charge extra for the falls when this is a tour to the falls? Mostar guided tour was probably not necessary as it gave very little time to explore the market and not enough time to do the walk at the falls.

Pick up from hotel on time in a comfortable airconed Mercedes van. Guide was informative. A brief comfort stop at Neum, and then first proper stop at Kravice Waterfalls. We were there for a bout 45 mins - it takes about 20 mins to walk up and down to the falls, so it would be a stretch to have time to swim I think. It was overcast when we went so just had a walk around and paid 10 for 2 of us to be paddled around in a punt around the lake. Mostar was very overcrowded - I think it is becoming a victim of its own popularity and is invaded by tourists every day from March to October - but still an amazing place to visit and the local guide was very good. We went to Restaurant Tima Irma just near the bridge on the church side on the back of another reviewer's recommendation and it was great. An enjoyable day, but somewhat marred by the American couple sitting behind us who thought it would be a good idea to bring a screaming 2 year old on a 10 hour cultural coach trip. The tour operator Dubrovnik doo really should impose a minimum age limit as the tour was totally unsuitable for an infant - and unpleasant for the rest of us who had to put up with the screaming.

Thoroughly recommend this tour. The waterfalls were just out-of-this-world beautiful. Bosnia was a great experience too - super busy but a really nice city. Our tour guide on the bus was great, she was very funny and kept us laughing the whole journey, as well as educating us on Croatia and Bosnia. Our guide around Bosnia was great as well, very engaging and she managed to keep up all interested in the almost 40 degree heat!!

We loved our day trip to Mostar! We recommend sitting on the left side of the bus on the way there-- beautiful views of the water. The stop at the waterfalls was unfortunately pretty short, but it was still enough time to enjoy a quick dip in the waterfalls just to say i'd done it!! and enjoy the incredible view. The tour and free time in Bosnia was amazing. The bridge totally exceeded our expectations and we learned so much from our tour guide about the region's history. We had the most INCREDIBLE meal at National Restaurant Cevabdzinica Tima - Irma. We had the traditional platter and it was SO MUCH FOOD for so little money, but it was the best meal of our entire trip to Europe. Definitely recommend wearing sensible shoes and bringing a lot of water for Mostar however, the streets are slippery stone and the region gets very hot. We LOVED our day overall.

Everything was nearly perfect, the weather, the scenery, the driver and the guide. Our driver piloted the vehicle at a rather high speed but safely. He also helped a lot when crossing the border. The guide spoke English with an accent but slowly and clearly, sometimes in a humorous way.

Kravice Waterfalls and Mostar are worth visiting. However, the ride, including border crossing, takes more than 3 hours in a single trip, so please take this into consideration. Also the high way has lots of turns and those extremely vulnerable to motion sickness are advised to take preventative measures. We spent one hours in Waterfalls and 2-3 hours in Mostar, which were both quite enough for taking photos and also a light meal.

The tour was very good. The guide met us at the agreed location on time and we stopped about halfway to Mostar for a bathroom break and coffee/drinks if you wanted it. Then we drove to Mostar and the local guide gave us the short tour of the city. Plenty of time later to see the city on our own and eat lunch. Turkish house is OK, nothing too special. Kravice waterfalls were fantastic but be aware it’s a hike to get down to them, unless you want to wait for the trolley which doesn’t depart often. The van was nice, and air conditioned. The guide did a great job. Well worth the price for this tour.

It's a long drive but worth it. There was a slight incident at the border which significantly delayed our trip and made a few others angry however no time was lost as we merely came back slightly later. The guide was very knowledgeable.

Really loved this tour and would highly recommend to anyone that has an extra day whilst in Dubrovnik. The hotel pick-ups went smoothly, a few people were running late but luckily we were still underway mostly on time. The minibus was comfortable and air conditioned. Our tour guide was informative, talking about each city as we drove through. The rest break in Neum was also good to stretch the legs and look at the views. The 3 border crossings each way were surprisingly quick, with a delay only at one border crossing. The waterfalls were stunning, we had about an hour to explore which was plenty of time. The walking tour in Mostar was great, such interesting history and our tour guide was informative and witty. My only complaint was we joined 2 other tour groups for the walking tour which made the group huge and difficult to navigate the crowds in Mostar. Its useful to know that you can use Euros for purchases in Mostar and sometimes kuna. The Turkish house was also interesting and nice to get away from the crowds for a little while. We had about 1.5hours after the walking tour for lunch and exploring Mostar which was more than enough time. Overall a great day trip.

I am so glad I chose to join this tour. Although most time was spent traveling, each destination is so worthwhile. I felt that we did not have enough time at each stop, but that it only expected for a realistic time frame. This tour left me feeling like I will definitely need another visit to the stops, but I am glad I got to experience them. Mostar and Kravice are so special.
