Very disappointing. Did not see anothing but the banquet rooms. Wanted a more detailed view of the present day living quarters.Saw more at Windsor Castle.

Amber is a well informed guide who provided much insight into the palace and the various sites along the road to the palace. She is high energy and really works to draw out the visitors and make sure they are informed. and their needs are being met. This continued to the grounds of the palace and negotiating the entry lines. The palace is a remarkable tour and not o be missed, as it has only limited available time. Amber took time to take photographs of each party at the entrance to the palace and again at tea. Amber gave us adequate time to tour the palace and did a fantastic job of meeting up with the guests after the interior tour. The walk to the. hotel for tea was longer than expected. Amber informed us of this and the option of using a London cab was available. At the tea we were treated royally as Amber continued explaining the history of England's afternoon tea. Overall, a tour I would gladly do again, as there is so much to see at the palace. I would request Amber again as a tour guide for any attraction. She brings an energy and knowledge that is most appreciated.

Great tour. Really worth doing and you go at your own pace once inside the Palace.

The instructions to find the starting point were clear and with a map we found it easily. The young lady who took the tour sorry can't remember her name was lovely and informative. Buckingham palace was terrific. We have been to a number of palaces over the years but really all of them are museums. Buckingham palace is where people work and live and it gave a more vibrant feel. The displays of the gifts to the Queen made the walk through the palace far more interesting than just viewing the rooms. A little rushed looking through the gift shop but we then walked through the gardens lovely to our high tea. Sitting at the table we met two ladies from the USA and had a great chat whilst enjoying the delicacies presented. In all a fun, informative and delicious after.

Amazing tour of Buckingham Palace. Our guide was very professional with a keen interest in English history, he shared his expert knowledge with us and kept us moving. Afternoon tea at the Rubens was excellent. Highly recommended!!!

Buckingham Palace was worth visiting and guide Robert seemed knowledgeable however, afternoon tea was terrible. Six of us went to the tea but none of us finished eating sweets and tea selection was poor. We much rather had a cup of tea inside the Buckingham Palace cafe after the self-guided audio tour. This would save us a lot of money and have time to shop at the souvenir shop. Because Robert had to take us to Ruben Hotel for the tea, we didn't have time to shop inside the Buckingham Palace. Although he told us that there was a small scale but the same souvenir shop near the hotel, the selection was much less and we were very disappointed. I recommend you to go to Buckingham Palace by yourself as it is self-guided audio tour a guide would not explain anything inside the Palace and have tea there after the tour.

Great end to a fabulous vacation. So special to tour Buckingham Palace which is rich with history and open on a limited basis. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and fun. Afternoon tea was very chic and so British.

Sandy, our tour guide, was fantastic! Her informative, interesting, witty and fun narrative felt more like she was having a conversation with us, unlike other tour companies I have booked with in the past, which someone was reciting a script from memory. The afternoon tea at The Ruebens was delicious. A beautiful hotel with impeccable staff. We couldn't get over how much food there was. Couldn't finish it! Highly recommend!
