Para quem estava chegando a Los Angeles não foi uma boa recepção. No aeroporto o receptivo já ficou confuso de qual van eu pegaria. O motorista não sabia onde era meu hotel, nem com endereço. Teve que ficar ligando para pegar informações e questionando o valor que eu havia pago pelo serviço. No final me disse que o valor pago estava errado e me cobrou $ 11,00 a mais. E como não tinha troco para me dar ainda acabei pagando $ 12,00 no final a ele. Se realmente eu havia feito a compra errada, porque no transfer de saída de Los Angeles esse valor também não foi cobrado????

Absolutely disgraceful service. Arrived at LAX really tired. Found Super Shuttle woman who informed me my transfer to the Beverley Hills Hotel would be there in 30 minutes. Waited 1 hour and 20 minutes. When I enquired as to when my shuttle would arrive, the female representative clearly didn't have a clue what she was doing and was extremely rude just kept telling me in broken English that she didn't know. While I was waiting I counted more than 20 Super Shuttle buses stop to take people to other hotels. When my shuttle eventually arrived the driver was very aggressive and asked me for the address my hotel - the Beverley Hills Hotel a famous, iconic hotel. Because I'm not from the area I struggled to find the address and the driver told me I'd have to get off the bus. Eventually one of the other passengers gave him the address. I will NEVER use this service again and I was not the only person who was dissatisfied with the service.

There was a lot of confusion initially, but once things were sorted out it worked fine. I followed the instructions and found the SuperShuttle stand just outside the terminal. Unfortunately, there was no attendant so every time a van stopped, we all asked if it was the right one. I was continually told to wait for the next van. Finally, we were told that there was another stand with an attendant down one terminal. I went there and things were sorted out quickly and I was on a van within 10 minutes. Lesson: Find the stand WITH an attendant.

A bit of a wait at the airport 15 mins, but after that no problems

I booked the arrival transfer online. Called SuperShuttle at curbside and was told that they showed the pick up was supposed to be in Newark, New Jersey although I showed a LAX arrival confirmation. After 30 minutes of going back and forth, a van pulls up to take us to the hotel. This is a good reminder that you NEED to reconfirm everything. That said, I especially like that they sent confirmation texts to my mobile phone with the car and driver's name.

Unfortunately it was a poor experience . Mostly down to the Super Shuttle representative who displayed a total disregard for visitors using the Shuttle service from LaX to our Hotel. I approached him on three separate occasions trying to confirm that our pre paid voucher was valid and would he confirm a time that the Shuttle would be available . We waited over an hour . Each time he gestured to us to get back in line and wait and would not engaged in any further conversation. We waited over an hour , we had been travelling nearly 23 hours including two flights and we were obviously pretty tired so this was a disappointing final leg of our journey. The driver who took us to the Hotel , was by contrast a very friendly and professional person . While engaged in conversation the driver confirmed that the SuperShuttle representative was a lazy ,
rude and was single handledly damaging the reputation of the Super Shuttle brand .
I hope that future travellers do not have to encounter this Gentleman
