Viagem mais agradável. Muito informativo tanto para viajantes locais quanto para viajantes nacionais e internacionais.

We loved our return trip to Williamstown. The day was perfect and the boat comfortable. I loved that some windows were open. Our captain gave an entertaining description of all we past. It was so interesting to see the huge ships loaded with containers, the unloading cranes and the tugboats. We only spent two hours at Williamstown but had delicious fish and chips on the main street and a huge ice cream in another shop. Lots of other fun shops too. A great day excursion.

If I could give no stars I would have. It was the worst guided tour I've been on. The boat captain on the ferry was clearly totally bored with his job and spoke in a monotone in his commentary, and made comments such as people often ask me why the bridges across the Yarra are so low, and I say, because the people who built them were stupid. There was supposed to be coffee and tea available on the hour-long cruise, but there was no coffee - only tea bags. Couldn't wait to get off the ferry at Williamstown, and having walked along the shore past endless eateries but not much else, couldn't wait to get back on the next ferry out of there. Fortunately we had a different boat captain on that one and he was animated and interesting.

Was good overall and punctual. Staff were friendly. Spacious boat which was nice. The toilets smelt awful and made the boat small overall. There was also a poor tanoid system as we could not hear qhat the captain was saying through his microphone.
