Amazing 2 hours with the master chef of the bakery! Through an English speaking interpreter, he shared his passion and methods of making bagettes and croissants. It was an incredible experience that we would highly recommend.

Great information but was not worth the price. We got a chance to scored some dough for baguettes and rolled some chocolate croissants.

This was one of the highlights of our visit in Paris. Oh what fun it was! Started off in the basement where we learned how to make baguettes which we also got to take with us! and then upstairs to try our hand at croissants. Highly recommend!

If you are looking to do something different, then this will be perfect. Get a great insight insight into the workings of real life French bakery. Eating what you make is also pretty cool.

Absolutely outstanding. I went with my 9 year old daughter and she was the only child at the workshop. Didier included her in everything and helped her out with the hands on work, he was really amazing and patient with her. I thoroughly enjoyed it myself and would totally recommend. The lovely translator did a fabulous job too. Thanks so much, one of our Paris highlights.

I bake at home and find the workshop helpful. Chef Didier was generously sharing tips and tricks. The workshop was almost 1 hour overtime - no complaints here as we got to learn more and eat yummy samples. Our translator Sara did a great job. The whole experience was good fun. And the recipes work!

This was by far the best of best in Paris. Class was very informative and the owner made it enjoyable to all! Highly recommend!

Very enjoyable for my entire family - my husband and teen daughter who are food enthusiasts as well as my 19 year old son who is not so much, but still had fun. You leave with tips and tricks, but not really the knowledge, expertise, or recipes to actually go home and produce a baguette or croissant. We were supposed to get the recipes via email, but never did. However, this was a great half day of fun doing something that was not a museum or a crowded tour. I would recommend this specific tour to friends going to Paris who had an extra morning. There was a neat out door market just cattycorner to the shop where we got some prosciutto to go with our take home breads - I am not sure it is there everyday, but it made a fun end to the morning.

I sent my daughters and their friend to this class. Didier was wonderful! He included the parents at the end and let us sample their work. They all had a fabulous time and learned so much about breadmaking and croissants.

My niece and I attended this terrific workshop. We learned a lot and had tons of fun. The bread and pastries were amazing. It was great to get behind the scenes of a real French bakery. Chef Didier was wonderful!
