Excursão de parapente em Punta Cana

This tour was a lot of fun. The previous couple got slightly dipped in the water, but we did not. That would have been cool. I guess you have to request it. Nevertheless, the view and pace was nice.

This excursion was originally booked for 03/15/2017. I contacted Caribbean Route to schedule the pickup time. I was told the pickup time would be 1:00 PM. At 1:00 PM, a Caribbean Route representative contacted me via email and stated the excursion would need to be rescheduled due to high winds. The new pickup date and time was now 03/16/2017 at 1:10 PM. After waiting 30 minutes, I contacted Caribbean Route at 1:40 PM and was told the new pickup time would be 2:10 PM. After sitting in the lobby for 30 minutes, I called once again at 2:40 PM and was told the driver was entering the front gate. After waiting another 30 minutes, no one arrived to pick me up or call me. This is unacceptable!

Puntualidad, personal amable.

The ride was fun. The photographer said they would bring our pictures to our hotel before we left, but never did. Now we have no memories from our adventure. No emails have been returned to me to find my missing pictures i paid 40 for.

Very fun

Our boat had broken down that day and we were unable to go with our original captain but he made some calls and got us on another boat. There were at least 15 people being shuffled around on the boat waiting for their turn in the sky so I didn't feel that we got a long enough ride in the sky but our time was very fun, and very high.
