This excursion was originally booked for 03/15/2017. I contacted Caribbean Route to schedule the pickup time. I was told the pickup time would be 1:00 PM. At 1:00 PM, a Caribbean Route representative contacted me via email and stated the excursion would need to be rescheduled due to high winds. The new pickup date and time was now 03/16/2017 at 1:10 PM. After waiting 30 minutes, I contacted Caribbean Route at 1:40 PM and was told the new pickup time would be 2:10 PM. After sitting in the lobby for 30 minutes, I called once again at 2:40 PM and was told the driver was entering the front gate. After waiting another 30 minutes, no one arrived to pick me up or call me. This is unacceptable!
