The pickup was punctual and from start to finish it was good fun! Tasty food and the easiest no-brainer safest zipline experience ever! We'd definitely do this again!

My boyfriend and I had a great time during this adventure. The horses were beautiful, the staff was friendly, the food was delicious and the zip lining was amazing! The only complaint was the bus that dropped us off drove wayyy past our resort to drop off another group. Other than that, we had a great time and I would highly recommend it!

This excursion was so fun and Jose was a big part of it. It was the 2nd time my husband and I had road horses so we were a little nervous but it was fun. We stopped for lunch and had the best fried chicken I had had in a long time. Jose said his wife made it:- After that we went ziplining. This was a first for me and my husband. To say that we were nervous is putting it mildly but we had fun and would go ziplining again. I would definitely recommend this excursion because as I mentioned Jose was wonderful and made the excursion even better than what it was. Keep up the good work Jose!

My wife and I had a wonderful outing. We started at a Cigar shops and had fun watching the making of Cigars and marking one ourselves. Then we headed out on a great horseback ride. We had great trip into the river a couple of times and ended up at the ranch. While there we were able to suit up for the Zipline fun. We had a great time on the Zipline and we both felt safe and sound. After the Ziplining, we took off the equipment and had we were able to understand what the cocoa bean looks like off the plant and then we were able to see how sweet cocoa would be made through a grinder with cane sugar and used it to taste fresh hot cocoa. It was wonderful. Finally the folks on the ranch cooked up a family style lunch with fried chicken, rice, beans, salad and we had an absolutely great lunch. After lunch we headed out on the horses where one of the cowboys were able to drive us back to our resort. This trip was excellent. If you like a little adventure and fun, take this tour.

This excursion was beyond what I expected. After reading the reviews I was very optimistic about the excursion but of course still had my reservations. The tour was fantastic. Booking was simple. Confirming the hotel pick up was surprisingly even easier. We were picked up within 10 minutes of the time we were told and it was a quick ride to the cigar factory through some local towns. Once at the cigar factory we were shown the steps of rolling a cigar and then given the opportunity to roll our our. The shop was small but had a great selection for those who wanted to browse. From there we hopped back on the truck/bus and drove up into the mountains for the next portion. After being paired up with a horse we were headed off through rolling green jungle/fields crossing a small stream. I was very nervous about this portion but everyone was great, supportive and went at the speed I was willing to go. We were served a home hooked meal and even being a picky eater I found things to enjoy and they were delicious! We then got suited up for the zip-lining. The ziplines were a little short but were still fun! We then wrapped up the day with a short horse ride back and jumping in the truck. I would definitely recommend this excursion to anyone looking for a fun day!

Driver was late 20min for pick up at our hotel. Called the Excursion company and they said he was having issues trying to enter our resort? They asked us to walk to the front main gates of the resort which took 15min to do. We got dropped off at the ranch/cigar making shop. Pers spoke good English and gave us a tour of the making of local cigars. Very informative. Got to have a try at making our own cigars. Large store to onsite to buy goods. Then we saddled up for our Horseback Riding. Helmets were provided if you so wish to wear them. The horses themselves were very docile. A bit thin though. We were in a large group so it got cramped at times on the trails. The horses seemed to know the route very well, they followed directions easy. If you so desired the guides would take the pers that wanted to galap fast. The ride was aprox 1hr 1/2 were we reached another ranch. We were treated to a nice lunch then did a few zip lines which were onsite and fun. Once done with the zip lines we got back onto the horses and went a different route then we entered. We thought we were going back to the first ranch but only rode for aprox 30min were the tour truck met us for pic up. We ended early to then have to drive in the back of the tour truck for over an hour? The guide wasnt told were our hotel was or if was to drop us off so we took a bit of a joy ride dropping off other people to their hotels with us being the last to get off.

We really enjoyed the trip. The staff was wonderful. The horses were well trained and the staff made sure everyone was comfortable with riding and that everyone received any help they needed. We started off walking the trials and got to an open pasture and the staff asked if everyone wanted to ride faster, everyone did. We began galloping at a quick pace. It was very nice, the only issue I had was that my saddle must not have been tightened securely enough on my horse because the saddle started slipping off the side of the horse. I was not able to stop the sliding and I did fall off the horse to the ground. Luckily, I landed without hitting my head or getting hurt other than some minor soreness. The staff immediately came over to make sure I was alright and they switched horses with me. We proceeded with the trip and did not have any further issues. We enjoyed the lunch and the ziplining and my husband and I also did the cattle drive part of the trip. The cattle drive was very cool - it only lasted about 10 minutes but it gave us the opportunity to actually direct and control our own horses as we rounded up the cattle and moved them from one end of a field to the other. We had control of walking or running our horses at that point and it had more of a feeling of actually riding rather than just following the other horses along the trail.
All of the staff was very good and we enjoyed the day immensely.
