Excursão particular: excursão de dia inteiro em Angkor Wat e The Royal Temples, saindo de Siem Reap

This was an exceptional tour. Our guide, Mr. Bunnak Nak and our driver exceeded expectations. Despite having traveled extensively, our time in Siem Reap, Cambodia was one of our favorite experiences to date, and the temple tours were a true highlight. We requested to also see Ta Prohm by contacting the tour operator in advance of our tour, and we are so glad we did. Angkor Wat is spectacular - but Angkor Tom, Busan, and Ta Prohm were also incredible and less crowded. Nak was knowledgeable, pleasant, paced the tour appropriately, and provided us comfort in a Lexus SUV with A/C and plenty of drinking water. There were no detours to vendors pawning souvenirs. A top notch experience in every way - I would recommend this tour without hesitation.

Great tour but my experience was slightly different from the description. This review focuses on what the tour actually consists of since the temples are amazing and don't need any further recommendations! While this was my experience, it sounds like you can customize it slightly.

It was not a full day 10-hr tour that's not even really possible given the hours of the sites, but we hit all the major temples I was hoping to see. Day started at 8am with a hotel pick-up by both a driver and the tour guide. There was a problem with the car it wouldn't start!, but the guide called for a new one and we left the hotel with only a 15-minute delay.

Before heading to the temples, we had to pick up the entrance ticket. The tour included a one-day entrance pass but I was able to pay an extra 25 to buy-up to the 3-day entrance pass single day passes were 37. We first visited Angkor Wat and then Angkor Thom including Bayon, Baphuon and Terrace of the Elephants. That took most of the morning and so we headed to lunch next.

I was initially nervous about lunch as most of the stalls in the area are literally just stalls, but we ended up at a very nice indoor and air conditioned! restaurant. It was a set Khmer menu with two appetizers, a four-dish sampling for the main course and dessert. It was a lot of food and lasted about an hour.

We then visited Ta Prohm which is not included in the description, but was very happy it was included. That was the full tour and we ended up back at the hotel around 3pm most sites close between 5 and 6pm with a few staying open for the sunset.

My guide Sin was great. He provided a lot of great insights, answered all my questions and knew the best places to take photos. It was a great introductory tour of the Angkor temples.

At the end, the tour guide and driver did a pitch for taking another tour the next day I didn't feel pressured though. I ended up booking the driver for the next day in his tuk-tuk and saw the sunrise at Angkor Wat along with a number of other temples there are so many!. I even booked him again to drive me to the airport.

This place is otherworldly and must be experienced. Taking a private tour is a very good idea, especially since you can control time.

This is a great way to see the Angkor Wat. It's hot and humid in Cambodia. Our air-conditioned car with chilled bottles of water was waiting for us at the exit location at each temple. Our guide took numerous pictures of us. He knew exact location for best photos and he knew how to avoid the crowd. We learned a lot about Cambodia and the Angkor Wat through our guide. The guide and driver work very hard to provide best service possible.

Sok was a fantastic guide. He was very attentive to our individual preferences. There were three of us on the tour. He also included a stop at Ta Prohm. His knowledge is complete and he explains things clearly. And is always willing to answer any questions. The lunch was also delicious.

Siv, my tour guide for this tour, was so professional that made my very first trip to the Angkor Compounds.
His broad and deep knowledge on those great temples including Angkor Thom and Angkor Wat brought me a lot of inspiration.
He's calm, friendly and smiling confidently while answering all that you want to know.
Definitely I would like to appoint him our tour guide on my next visit in Seam Reap with my family.

My 6 hour tour (not the 10 advertised) was pretty bad. The sweet guide's terrible English and poor knowledge of the sites were a terrible combo. He would make sure no guides were in earshot when he spoke, making me assume because what he said was untrue. Then he'd listen to guides and regurgitate
